    Go to your pairing school page

    Objective:
    - Create a link to your own wiki page on this school self intro page
    - Generate a multimedia self introduction by using the innovative tools on your Mac
    - Find common interests with team from your pairing school

    First assignment
    to create a link to your own wiki page and bookmark your own page.

    Step by step instruction:

    1. Click on "Edit" button (like a little pencil) on the top right of this page



    2. Type in your name on the bottom of this page and highlight your name like the following:



    3. Click on the "create or edit a link" button and choose "New Page" on the drop down list.






    4. Click on create







    5. Click on "Save" button on the top right of this page




    6. You will see an active link like this after you've done the previous steps (try click on the link)

    Generate a multimedia self introduction by using the innovative tools on your Mac

    Questions to guide you to accomplish your self intro

    1. What would you like to include in the self introduction?
    To give you some ideas, you can introduce yourself to the other team about your name, nationality, hometown, family, hobbies, best friends, favorite music, most memorable trips, things you are proud of... whatever topics you find representative, meaningful, and FUN... Learn to be CREATIVE in choosing your topic

    2. What format will you use?
    To give you some ideas, you can:
    - create the self introduction all by yourself
    - invite a friend to do an interview with you
    - or you can work with your teammates to create a group self introduction...
    choose whichever format ... Learn to be COLLABORATIVE in choosing the format.

    3. What tools you may wanna use to create your self-introduction?
    Time to practice more with the fun and helpful tools on your Mac ;) If you need some additional help, click on the name of the applications for online tutorials.
    - Enhanced Podcast: Photo Booth, GarageBand
    - Photo slideshow: iPhoto, iMovie

    1. Visit your pairing school page by clicking the link on the top
    2. View the self introduction done by your pairing school team
    3. Comment on the team member with the common interest with you by clicking the "Add a new comment" button on the bottom of this page
